If engaged early enough we aim to work with our clients to ensure all of their hopes and aspirations are reflected in the design. Once the drawings are completed we will liaise with you to create the final specification often providing samples of materials for our clients to choose from. We then provide a full and detailed quotation ensuring that all items are included so that your budget is not exceeded. Subject to your instruction; we will then carry out the works in a safe, professional and timely manner.
Our experienced and qualified staff and sub-contractors take great pride in their work, and we endeavour at all times to keep our sites clean and tidy, to minimise disruption whilst building work is taking place.
Having developed strong relationships with all our suppliers this means that we can work to very tight timescales hence reducing the amount of disruption and allowing our clients to start using the new space even sooner. We have completed a variety of projects tailored to the individual needs of our customers continually keeping lines of communication open to make sure we deliver total satisfaction. Blackstone Securities Ltd is a family run business founded by our Director, Russell Taylor Bsc (Hons). Russell has a strong background in all aspects of development. He started his career as a Quantity Surveyor and has gained a wealth of experience managing and delivering multi-million-pound projects.
Establishing Blackstone Securities Ltd in 2012, Russell's vast skills mean he can oversee the management of the development and construction process from inception through to completion, working with their consultants, funding partners, sub-contractors and suppliers.
The company's growth has seen us build a good relationship with Natwest as our funding partner. We would welcome investors who would like to experience a great working relationship.

Blackstone Securities are proud to have been recognised for their outstanding construction at the LABC Building Excellence awards in 2015, with director Russell Taylor picking up the award for Best Extension Or Alteration To An Existing Home for a rear extension built in Sleaford, Lincolnshire.
